Our VIP Services at Punta Cana Airport

-An airport staff member will meet you at the aircraft gate, holding a sign with your name on it.

-The agent will escort you to a VIP lounge, where passport checks will be conducted.

-You will be asked by the staff to provide your checked baggage tickets, so they can go pick up the bags at the belt.

-Once your bags have been picked up, they will be brought it to the VIP lounge and you will be escorted through customs.

-You will exit along with the representative through a designated VIP Curbside, and not the regular passenger exit.

-If you booked transportation, you need to inform them that you will be exiting via the VIP curbside.

-You will wait for the aircraft to begin boarding at the VIP Lounge, where there's complimentary drinks and snacks as well as smoking area.
